At Digital Academy—operated by RZFT SOLUTIONS LLP (UK) and RZFT SOLUTIONS LLC (USA)—we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our courses, informative eBooks, and any physical products. The entity that processed your original payment will also process any eligible refund:

Digital Product Guarantee (7 days)
You may request a full or partial refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your digital products if:
a) you received content that is damaged or corrupted;
b) the materials cannot be opened or downloaded;
c) you received the wrong item.
This 7‑day policy applies only to digital materials purchased on this website.
Physical Product Guarantee (60 days)
For our physical products, we offer a 60‑day money‑back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.
How to Claim Your Refund

Contact us first at support@digitalebookacademy.com with your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution.

Wait for written approval and the return address issued by our customer‑care team; returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Ship the product back in its original packaging via a trackable mail service within the specified timeframe.
Customers are responsible for return‑shipping costs. Approved refunds are calculated as: total order amount – shipping & handling fees – 20 % restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refund Policy for Digital Academy eBooks (7 days)
The same 7‑day guarantee listed above applies to all eBook purchases:
a) damaged content;
b) files you cannot open or download;
c) incorrect item received.
Multiple Refunds Policy
To prevent abuse, we limit returns to two (2) items per customer. Further requests will be offered an exchange for another product.
International Refund Policy
All international sales are final and not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds may be considered case by case at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled before fulfilment are eligible for a full refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance. We are not liable for damage occurring after delivery or during subsequent handling.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect shipping information, re‑shipment may incur additional shipping charges.
