  • Physical products: We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all EU member states. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for options.

  • Future expansion: Additional regions may be added without notice.


3. Order Processing Time (Physical Products)

Cut‑off time Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+1) are processed the same day; later orders ship next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5‑7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • Remote areas or peak seasons: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.


5. Shipping Process

  • Carriers: We partner with reputable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services.

  • Tracking: Once your parcel ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Digital products generate an immediate access email; no tracking is required.


6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged orders: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@digitalebookacademy.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost orders: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or is marked lost by the carrier, contact us for assistance. We will open an investigation and, where confirmed, reship or refund at no extra cost.

8. Customs & Duties (International Shipments)

Orders shipped outside the United States or United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Digital Academy is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
